Mr. Oliver is licensed in the states of New York and New Jersey and has practiced Health Law for the past 10 years. He has also practiced Criminal Defense Law for 25 years. In the 1980s and 1990s he served as legal commentator and analyst for several NYC media outlets and has published over 100 articles in diverse topics related to education, history, law, NYC politics, and US foreign policy. He has received service awards from the Dominican Day Parade & Festival, the Puerto Rican Day Parade, and the Colombian Day Parade, as well as the NYS Senate and the House of Representatives in Colombia.
Mr. Oliver is also a tenured Full Professor of Business/Law with 26 years of service at Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU), where he also teaches history. In 2004, he founded the Gateway to the Future Program (Puerta al Futuro), a FDU college program for limited English-speaking adults which has graduated over 1200 students over the past 9 years from its Associate, Baccalaureate, and Masters programs. He presently serves as Chairman of program’s Advisory Board. Mr. Oliver possesses a BBA from the University of Puerto Rico, an MA from Rowan State University, and a law degree from Brooklyn Law School. He also pursued doctoral studies in Industrial Psychology at the CUNY Graduate Center, and economic studies at the Henry George Christian Economics Institute.

Amy T. Kulb has been practicing health care law since 1980 and came to the firm after serving as a prosecutor for the New York State Office of Professional Discipline. Her practice is concentrated on the representation of health care professionals and pharmacies before the Office of Professional Discipline, the Office of Professional Medical Conduct, the New York State Office of Medicaid Inspector General and other state and federal regulatory and law enforcement agencies. Ms. Kulb lectures frequently to various professional organizations, including medical, dental and pharmacy, concerning matters related to professional practice. She attended Barnard College and the St. John’s University School of Law.
Daniel M. Goldberg handles diverse commercial, transactional and regulatory matters with a particular concentration on pharmacy, medical and dental practices. His practice focuses upon business formation, corporate governance, commercial transactions and real estate, pharmacy applications, including the New York State Board of Pharmacy, Medicaid and Medicare, and other related matters. Mr. Goldberg attended Wesleyan University and the Boston University School of Law and lectures regarding pharmacy matters.
Jeffrey A. Granat honed his trial skills as a prosecutor in the Office of the Queens County District Attorney where he served as a senior trial attorney in both the Homicide and Major Offense Prosecutions Bureaus. His practice focuses upon white collar criminal defense and commercial litigation matters and encompasses the representation of professionals in regulatory matters, third-party audits, state and federal administrative proceedings, as well as commercial and personal real estate transactions. He attended college and law school at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
